Three Easy Tips to Increase Your Badminton Smash

One of the hottest I'm in my coaching program online issues is to increase the performance of your badminton smash.

Everywhere I go coach, there are two important questions that I

   1. How to improve the reverse
   2. How do I get more power into the noise

There are some simple changes that you make, the help you destroy, you can increase your strength and improve your accuracy in badminton, so let's get started ...

Start with your feet!
